Our Story
Unite Compliance was founded by healthcare professionals who, in 2019, while working for the NHS and undertaking locum shifts, encountered a persistent challenge: the onboarding and compliance process was unnecessarily complex, fragmented, and time consuming. Recognising a need for change, we set out to create a more efficient solution.
By 2020, Unite Compliance was officially established with a clear mission: to simplify compliance for healthcare professionals and agencies. At the time, compliance felt very disjointed and reliant on various systems, creating unnecessary delays for both candidates and recruiters. We knew that in a time where technology is so advanced, there had to be a better way.
Combining our backgrounds in healthcare and software, along with firsthand experience navigating compliance as candidates, we decided to build a user friendly platform designed to eliminate inefficiencies, automate document management, and make compliance effortless.
Today, Unite Compliance is changing how professionals and agencies approach compliance. We help candidates complete their requirements quickly and enable agencies to place candidates faster than ever.
